the vinegar in pickles is said to help digest food and stabilize insulin/blood sugar levels. It's good for you to have a pickle or something with vinegar in it with each meal if you can. :)

I have noticed that when I eat a pickle then drink some of the juice before I go to bed when I get up in the morning my blood sugar levels are lower but that's just my opinion 😉

No it should not because juices are generally the concentrates of sugar, rather it will end up increasing sugar level. Pickles ,yes it may with vinegar.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I eat a lot of pickles too. I am not sure if they lower my blood sugar, but I know they don't increase it either ... and their calorie amounts are quite reasonable as regular snacks.

I have been eating dill pickles lately, like a lot of them, and haven't noticed any change, good or bad, in my blood-sugar levels. I guess I'll have to monitor more closely to see if that's true. It would be nice.
