Birthday at McDonalds, hmmm...
McDonalds ah.. But hor.. When you sing the happy birthday song.. You must pay so call as 'copyrighted' fees... Cause, when you sing on your own or other places*, you won't be charged.. But @ KFC or MsDonalds... You must pay!

Go with a theme. my buddy had a nintendo theme party with games a pinata and everything. At the time we thought it was slightly lame, but we still talk about it now as the coolest party ever.

Field day theme like they do at schools. Set up all kinds of races and give out ribbons.

Kids love themes..choose thier favorite and ask for thier help choosing foods, and ideas.......keeping everything simple is always best.
