AW man they are awesome. Everytime I eat fried wings from a chinese place they are freaking great!! I think its because they deepfry them with little flour. mm gosh im heading to Ming Garden...

Actually, the wings are marinated in soy sauce, then fried without flour or other coating. You should try it at home, soak in soy sauce, rinse briefly to remove excess salt, then fry in peanut oil, then while still hot, toss them in a bit more soy sauce. Yummy!

Nope! No flour. I love them like that,
fried up a little crispy with no coating.
I think they use peanut oil in most cooking,
that's that "chineese take out" taste.
Try them plain, rubbed with season salt
fried in vegetable oil to extra crispy.
That's the best.

marinate the chicken overnight....with some chinese wine,white pepper,honey,soy sauce,oyster sauce,hoisin sauce.with flour and double fry it for extra crispiness.

they do use flour cause i've seen them get their wings ready. but i think it is in the oil. the absolute best.

i've had them before but, do you eat it with sweet and sour saucew or just those plain chicken wings and yes they use flour i think
