Ingredients:

1 pound (450 g) fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat barbecue. Clean and trim the asparagus.

Place in a shallow dish and sprinkle with oil, salt, and black pepper. Lay asparagus directly on the barbecue crosswise.

Grill over medium coals about 3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges.

Yes and it's great!

Cut off the hard part of the steam, drizzle olive oil over it, salt and pepper. Then grill on med for maybe 5 minutes, and it's wonderful.

i love grilled fresh asparagus. lightly coat with extra virgin olive oil. salt and pepper. grill or roast at high temperature 500 for a few minutes. afterwards, add a splash of balsamic vinegar and a few shavings of parmesan reggiano. then, mangia! belissimo!

Hell yes! Dip it in ranch!!!! Before I turned vegan, I use to have a grilled chicken breast w/ grilled asparagus, green and yellow squash marinated in olive oil and spices..all grilled...and dip 'em all in ranch. Best damn meal ever. Also got my bowel movements moving pretty ****** fast.... not sure why....but good stuff.....................
