The food I could probably live off if could would Sushi. most people have a misconception that all sushi is raw fish. but most of the meat they use has already been cleaned or cooked thoroughly before it is ever used in Sushi.

Spicy Latin Caribbean Food (Cuban, Puertorrican, Dominican, Jamaican, Antilles, etc.)
Specially Barbacoas or Buccanoir with chilli, paprika and cumin rubbin'... or jerky seafood, ceviche, blackened mahi mahi, tuna steaks, marlin skewers, breaded shark, guava,mango, ans tamarind flavored BBQ sauces, sierra en escabeche, fried plaintain "tosotones", mofongo de pana (mashed breadfruit), Sancocho, avocado salad, serenata (salted codfish salad), chickpeas with pork feet (garbanzos con patitas de cerdo), roasted pork.... man, you name it...
