So long as there is a section of the bbq not being used for meat, grill sliced potato, onion, eggplant, tofu, vegeburgers, corn on the cob, wrapped in foil, is nice. You dont have to miss out and meat eaters will see that your food probably looks better than theirs. I know it is hard, have had the same problem myself.

The BBQ grills are not only used for preparing various non-vegetarian dishes, presently several tasty vegetarian dishes can also be grilled in the grilling appliances. If one wants to grill any vegetarian dish in any grilling appliance, then he/she must consider buying modern grilling appliances from any reputed kitchen appliance selling store, but before buying any grill, people must be sure that the grill is working perfectly and do not start malfunctioning often. For having any more detailed information, you must consult with some experts, who have adequate knowledge regarding all such aspects.

make a grilled veggie stack that seems enormously staggering and is yummy (and a smaller version makes an incredible edge for the beef-eaters... I grill portobella, eggplant, zucchini, purple onion and the rest that occurs to look reliable sliced some million/4 inch thick. Marinade a minimum of an hour (I do exactly a balsamic/olive oil/garlic marinade). Stack, layering cheese of selection each and every few layers and serve over pasta with a pesto-form sauce. It seems enormously and tastes yummy. A elementary ole marinated portobella is robust, I commonly prefer to place it on a roll with some style of cheese. much less staggering, yet continually secure, are veggie kabobs of any form. A grilled veggie mixture served with pasta/rice/bean cake/and so on. could be provided in an staggering thank you to boot...

I slice up an eggplant and grill it till it's tender, or you can marinate a portobello top and grill that, it even looks like a hamburger so no one will notice. But the best I've grilled is veggie brauts soaked in bbq sauce

Why would you lose friends over this?
I grill all sorts of veggies, veggie dogs and veggie or soya burgers and never have an issue at a BBQ.

You can grill anything.
There are great soy alternatives to burgers and sausages.
I like stuffed mushrooms with cheese and garlic.
Kabobs with peppers, mushrooms, courgette and onions.
Corn on the cobs is great.
Aubergine or tofu with a marinade.

Boca burgers (or substitutes like the Morningstar ones), veggie hotdogs
For veggies, simple prep would be to use olive oil and salt. Kosher salt is preferrable because it has bigger grains and tastier (no, I'm not Jewish). Asparagus, zucchini, onions, bell peppers, corn, portabella mushrooms even peaches! Enjoy.
