Just get some good quality Vanilla ice cream (E.g. Hagendaz) scoop out some passion fruits and top the ice cream with the fruit.

I love the chocolate and carmel ice cream from Dove. It has the thick layer of chocolate ganache on the top that is like unwrapping a present when you eat through the chocolaty goodness into the ice cream nirvana! When I eat that I feel like Popeye after he eats spinach!
