I would invent a biometric thumbreader that would allow the tracking on individuals with AIDS/HIV and allow access to those databases to uninfected parties to help slow the spread of HIV/AIDS in countries where there are no legal protections for privacy.. I would also promote this type of electronic monitoring in the United States I think it would be very useful to use biometric computer telephony ( the use of the telephone.. computer and satelites) to control who gets the disease.. They say there is only one way not to get AIDS and that to abstain entirely and I believe thats false.. theres one other way and thats to abstain from people who have the disease.. a biometric cure would allow for selective abstinence.. Knowledge is Power and is you are aware of another persons condition you simple dont sleep with them..

Me personally? Put a helmet on that soldier. In general, just
spread (no pun intended folks, really) the awareness of it, what it is, how to prevent it, etc--help educate folks, with either my time or my money or both. It is becoming, if it isn't already, the worst
scourge this planet has yet seen (I know about the plague folks,
this is different, this disease has a mind of it's own and it's just getting started)

Until Africa changes it's culture, and it's habits. the spread of AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases will continue to hobble any attempts of the continent to break out of the 3rd world

with working visas or whatever.
Because u know good and well no-one can stop
people from having SEX.
