Avacodo has tons of really good vitamins but the draw back is that it's really high in calories.

It's very healthy and good, it's center bone it's even used and threated somewhere in Central America or the very Southern tip of Mexico as birth control.

They have a lot of fat, but they also have a lot of potassium (60% more than bananas) and are rich in B vitamins, vitamins E, and K.

One medium avocado is 25% of the recommended daily amount of saturated fat so be careful to limit your consumption.

very healthy, yes it has fat, but it the good kind. If you have a balanced diet, you need not worry.
