Make a nice batch of French Toast with day old brioche. Dust with powdered sugar and cover with fresh raspberry puree.

I like to make strata; grease a 2" deep baking pan and layer sliced bread, veggies*, cheese, and another layer of bread. Pour eggs beaten with milk and seasoning over the top. Best made the night before, and baked next morning. when eggs are set, top with cheese and let melt.
*veggies: use your faves, I like mushrooms, spinach, zukes. Can also add cooked sausage or bacon

cook a burger patty, heat your bread. any bread, slice thinly a cabbage, mix the cabbage with thousand island dressing(this will serve as the coleslaw) on the bread, put ketchup, then the patty, top with coleslaw then the bread again.. voila! instant delicious burger!

try a cantaloupe slice wrapped with thinly sliced proccutto(italian ham)
fresh croissants served warm, scramble some eggs, and slice some ham, grate some fresh cheddar,allow everyone to build their own sandwich,

quiche...love this stuff!!!! you can make it with hamburger or sausage or bacon or turkey bacon or...the list goes on and on....plus this stuff is really good cold or warm...not hot! its also a very light dish, so you don't feel all over stuffed! fresh fruit and fruit dip....coffee and iced tea!
