On his back I have seen acouple of tiney pink moles. One is a little biger and hair is growing on top of the mole. Do I need to worry about it? He once mentioned that when he was in high school his girl friends sister had herpes. Now he is in his 30's. Is my worry unreasonable?

ok Herpes are blister like bumps. They have puss in them, they are very painful they are almost like cysts. They leave scars so if his privates have scars then worry it might just be a ingrown hair by the way the scars look like craters it will look like he cut a hunk of skin off himself.
I majored in nursing for 4 years.
check out a few websites about herpes they will have pictures of what to look for

He could have skin discoloration as for the pink spot. but he does need to get stuff checked for his own sake if not yours.
discuss your concerns. let him know that if the moles are changing size or color that he needs to see a doc.

He may want to get it checked it could be anything, as far as the mole is concerned if it is getting bigger then it should be checked because that could be bad.

no u have every right to worry. You need to discuss this with him and tell him to go get checked fo rthe safety of both of you. Sex is serious if you are questioning dieases then go get checked !!

have him see his doctor, and if it is, just take Valtrex
