I looked on the bottle label and it does not specify if the salt content is iodized or non-iodized.

Like the first person that commented that it's NOT iodized because it's not listed, that may be true BUT you have to remember that they wash the containers that process the juice in with cleasners that contain iodine, so that salt may not necessarily have it but the containers do therefore the juice has a great chance of containing iodine in it. someone might tell you to call the company but you also have to remember that they get their other seasonings from other companies and they might not necessarily use the iodine but maybe the other company that supplies the seasonings do so once again the juice might contain iodione if you are NOT sure and you are not supposed to drink it then it's best you dont. You will never find the answer due to the fact that allot of companies are involved in producing one bottle of juice.

No, If if it were iodized salt the label would have to say so. Because some people are allergic to iodine

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Therefore as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
