I think you can get cold sores from giving BJs. Always use condoms and the risk will go. If you dont like the normal ones use flavoured ones.

yes you can get an std from doing any sexualy things without a condom, and if he has crabs the condom wouldn't help..have your partner tested before you do stuff like that.
