I only know how to cook cooked sliced turkey. I find it is a lot easier to cook cooked sliced turkey. It's easy to find, why not cook cooked sliced turkey, why do you have to cook it raw?
The same thing goes for many things -- why cook it raw when you can cook it cooked?
For example apple pie. Many people, pie connoisseurs are the prime example, like to baked apple pie raw, and they hardly ever bake baked apple pie. And the list goes on and on. Am I boring you (or are you not even reading my answer?)? I don't intentionally try to bore anyone; sometimes it just comes natural.

Dust lightly with flour salt and pepper saute in butter with some fresh minced garlic cook on both sides til golden brown.
Remove from pan and keep warm, to the skillet add another pat of butter and the juice of one or two lemons cook until bubbly add some capers and heat thru. Pour the sauce over the cutlet and serve
Good with a side of pasta and steamed asparagus

You could stir fry it or steam it with some vegetables. I think if it were me I would probably steam it with some vegis then make a nice sauce (white wine or cream) and put it over some pasta. you could also just kind of cook it up in a pan with a little oil cover it in BBQ sauce when it was done and serve it on some nice sour dough rolls as a sandwich.

Perhaps you are referring to a turkey cutlet. I might lightly egg wash it, then lightly dip in bread crumbs with some basil and oregano and then saute it in butter until it is done. Add some white wine and make a reduction sauce.

Like everyone else does, you fry it up like Balogna. But what are you doing with raw turkey anyway

Fry it up instead of bacon with eggs, or make a TLT (vs BLT) sandwich.
If you pre cook it you could probably use it in a hot dish or casserole too.
