Hmmm. So many to choose from. Camel jerky'snot bad. Rat is good (field rat, not sewer), squirrel is similar to rat. I ate fox in vietnam, but i'm not sure if it was truly fox or civet cat. Crocodile is ok, and emu is great but my favourite plain meat is Kangaroo by far. Low on fat high in iron and delicious.
Duck cooked peking style would have to be the best prepared marinated meat.
