okay, well there are many needs. You need snacks. I like buying a veggie platters and my fav, Chex Mix. Those are really good! Chips/ dip too!
You also need drinks. I think soda and coolers should be avalbible. Make them her favriote flavors! Now you need a main meal. I think pizza is good. But also you can sit your guests down with a yummy meal like seafood or steak! Next is desert. What comes to mind? CAKE! you'll need a cake. Make it her fav flavor. I know what to do to wrap it all up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By an Ice sculpter! Put it on the table! I hope i helped@

Here's 2 great refreshing recipes that is filling and not expensive.
I modified the menu to feed 20

14 bunch fresh spinach washed and dried, or cheat and get 10 pkg of the prewashed ones at the market
10 chicken- boneless breast, grilled or boiled, then diced and chilled.
10 cup dried cranberries
10 cup chopped pecans or walnuts or both.
5 cup sunflower seeds, or put on side
10 cup feta cheese
any viniagrette dressing

Mix ingredients together and add dressing right before serving. Best serve chilled. Goes great with a glass of iced tea!

MEXICAN CABBAGE SALAD
10 cabbage, finely sliced
12 avocado, ripe, peeled and diced
12 bunch cilantro/coriander, finely diced
10 large tomato diced

5 fresh jalapenos, seeds removed then diced
Mayo
salt/pepper to taste

Add the cabbage, then the cilantro, tomato, celery / onion, jalapeno and a dash of salt/pepper.
Add the avocado then 2 -3 cup of mayo or just enough to moisten to your taste. Mix well.
