Here it goes...Spanish is my first language... I am a latino and I am not offended, In spanish, depending of the country or even the region whithin the country some words could change or even have different meanings and still being "Spanish"

Filetes de Bacalo (Bacalo is Cod, and it's name could vary from region to region) empanado (dusted) com migajas de tortillas de maiz

Tortillas de Cordero (Lamb) cortadas o picadas (Minced is cortadas, nothing to with mentas or mints as someone posted)

Cuñas (wedges) de papas (Potato) condimentadas (spiced)

Tacos vegetarianos rellenos

Ensalada de Frutas frescas (o de temporada).

Espero te ayude. (Hope it helps)

I could give you the best answer, only Miguel from Puerto Rico already gave it to you. All I would change there,Miguel, is instead of "tacos vegetarianos rellenos" I would just say "tacos vegetarianos." If the tacos are already prepared they are filled (or rellenos). I live in Mexico and speak fluent "Mexican." *w* So look no farther. You have your answer.

Acutally, the language the speak in Mexico is SPANISH. Mexican is an ethnicity, NOT a language.

Go to this website and click on (Babel Fish Translation) and it should, if you're lucky, translate English words into Mexican.
