Ignorance I guess.
I crack up when I see someone state that they are vegetarians but they eat fish.

Because they don't really know what it means. Some meat eaters think that if they ever have a meal without meat in it, they are at least a partial vegetarian. And many people who eat fish and seafood will claim they are vegetarian.

you are only a vegetarian if you avoid meat like the plague that it is.
also milk, chicken, fish, hormone inject fruit and vegatables are bad for you.
oh, stop eating now because everything was man made and is bad for you.
When will this rubbish end? of course an exccess of anything is bad, but you can still enjoy a pizza or a hamburger once a week. Don't be like the idiot that sued McDonalds because they became obese from eating only McDonalds.

I am MY OWN kind of vegetarian. If I want chicken, I eat it. If I want seafood I eat it. If I want beef, I eat it. Normally I do not eat any of these things but stick to a vegetarian diet, but I refuse to suffer because I am doing what God intended, duh. I am actually just a "healthy eater" who is considered a vegetarian by everyone that knows me because of my eating habits. But hell, if someone offers me a cheeseburger and I am at a social function, I am not going to a rude prude, and I am also not going to go hungry...I will eat!!!!! I am also not so above others that I carr my own food around because "I don't eat meat". LOl, some people are just fanatics, be your own person and do what you want and call yourself anything you want to!

They think there are different kinds of vegetarians...like one that eats only fish or one that eats only chicken. Vegetarian is eating NO MEAT.

all the animals basically are vegitarians, because the meat come from (ultimatlely) vegitable eating animals.
