Who do you think is the most overrated WWE superstar? Underrated?

I personally think Hogan is the most overrated. I mean he cant even wrestle. Hes based all on persona. I will give him this...wrestling wouldnt be the same if it wasnt for him but come on.

Underrated? I say Kane. Why is Kane going up against mid carders??? I should be going for the WWE Championship not the Intercontinental.

before people jump on me hear me out...the guy is extremely overweight, wears his pants halfway up his gut (somehow), botches moves, and gets complimented for being stiff (though that is not very hard to accomplish). his gimmick as a bad guy who hurts people is just terrible (oooh bloody towel), to me he is just another big guy who can move arond, and do more than 3 or 4 wrestling moves. how is this guy the future of wrestling?
