We would like to rent it out for one year and move into the house the following year? Is this possibe? Do we need to actually be residents of the state to buy a house? What is the going rate to rent a 4BR, 2.5 BTH house in Houston, Texas? My husband's sister lives there so she will over see things for us in terms of rent collection - maybe, and her husband will handle any maintenance issues - we will pay them someting every month for taking care of this for us. Any feedback is welcome please.

I really need a Cadillac Escalade Stretch Limo that's really cheap and holds up to 20 passengers. I need it for a prom and the prom is in 1 month! The problem is that I don't know how to rent one and have it ready for me and my friends. I really wouldn't want to drive up to the prom with my parents kissing me goodbye in their Nissan Quest. I need lots of help with this one. Whoever knows how to do this please answer A.S.A.P.

I am interested in renting a space as a vendor in venues like the LA County Fair or the OC Marketplace but it seems by the time i find out about the event, the vendor spaces are already filled up. where can i find schedules and vendor info for any upcoming events, esp as a children's educational toys vendor? any help or links would be appreciated. thanks!

I have a friend from the Philippines, he is in Orlando right now, with his J1 Visa. He's currently with Sea World working for his on-the-job training either as lifeguard or in the culinary/hospitality industry. His course is Hotel and Restaurant Management. He is planning to get second and third jobs so as to earn more and take good advantage of his opportunities. To what places and websites can I refer him to? He plans to work on tuesdays and wednesdays the whole day. And maybe some 2 to 3 hours every weeknights. Minimum 7USD to 9USD salary would be good.
