My friend and I are not sure where is the best city or county to live and nearby shopping and etc.. plus transportation. I want the details of what it look like even the people.

Knoxville is my 1st choice. Kingsport would be 2nd. I was born & raised in West TN, not far from Memphis & have traveled throughout TN for many years. I retired in West TN, near relatives, but if I had relatives near Knoxville or Kingsport, TN, I'd be living there. Scenery is gorgeous & weather is mild year-round, compared to many places I've been. Also, very good job opportunities are there. Contact the chamber of Commerce of either city for more details.

I live in Manchester Tn. You are 30 minuets from murfreesboro witch has great shopping.Nashville is an hour away, Chattanooga is an hour away. The people are great, very friendly. We have walmart and home depot.This also is the home of bonnaroo. If you do not know about bonnaroo check out www.bonnaroo.com. It will also tell you alot about Manchetser.
