...i mean so obsessed it has really taken over their lives....my mum has been obsessed with it for 1 1/2 years now...shes always on it...doesnt visit the family anymore...just locks herself in her room and plays it all the time....she made friends through this game and has now moved interstate to live with them.....my mum and dad had there marriage problems but this game made them worse...does anyone else have a story to tell???

I am a vivid DDR Player--and I'm sure that I'm not the only one. I had a modchip installed in my PS2 just to get a couple of mixes from Japan, and now I'm thinking about getting DDR Strike. If anyone has the entire full sonlist, please tell me!! I can't find it online anywhere...

I have bought warhammer 40,000 DC.... when I go to play, my firewall comes up and tells me it's trying to connect to the internet. That alone seems wrong to me. So I block it.

Anyhow, I play, maybe a few hours, and when I quit, my internet doesn't work right. I mean... I will try and go to a website and it takes 10 minutes to load a single page (I am on a 5mbit cable connection)... if I wait like 3 or 4 hours after I play, it's back to normal.

I thought there might simply be a problem at the cable company, so I tested it again today, and sure enough, when I quit playing, the internets all screwy again.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this to happen? Never seen anything like it before.

Ran hijackthis and panda virus scan, nothing shows up on either, so I don't think it installed any malware, but the whole trying to connect to the internet when I first run it makes me wonder.

I know you have to have the network adapter, and of course internet. My hubby wants to hook his PS2 up for online play. Everything I can find is to complicated in the directions. I have DSL, aol, and the linksys wireless thing cuz my laptop is using that to connect online. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO PLEASE???????
