What's the difference between a Nintendo Gameboy Advance and Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP?

The SP is a bit smaller and has a backlit screen and a rechargeable battery pack, but lacks a headphone jack. SP also features a "clamshell" design, in which the scren folds over onto the control pad, effectively protecting the screen from scratches.
Overall, I'd say the SP edition is superior.

Well, the normal advanced uses 2 AA batteries and has no backlight screen.

The SP is just a GameBoy advanced with a new shape. It flips out, has a backlit screen, and is rechargable.

They both play Advanced and normal Gameboy games.

An advanced looks like sort of a square, but not really, but an SP can fold out like a flip phone...they're both awesome
