I have bought warhammer 40,000 DC.... when I go to play, my firewall comes up and tells me it's trying to connect to the internet. That alone seems wrong to me. So I block it.
Anyhow, I play, maybe a few hours, and when I quit, my internet doesn't work right. I mean... I will try and go to a website and it takes 10 minutes to load a single page (I am on a 5mbit cable connection)... if I wait like 3 or 4 hours after I play, it's back to normal.
I thought there might simply be a problem at the cable company, so I tested it again today, and sure enough, when I quit playing, the internets all screwy again.
Any suggestions as to what could be causing this to happen? Never seen anything like it before.
Ran hijackthis and panda virus scan, nothing shows up on either, so I don't think it installed any malware, but the whole trying to connect to the internet when I first run it makes me wonder.

New army choices are ok, I have just started playing, so I don't remember the names off hand, but the robot guys are a pain in the butt. They respawn after you kill them... seems somewhat random too, so if you don't leave some units to guard a dead boss in your base, you could have problems.
I killed that race off first :)
