I know you have to have the network adapter, and of course internet. My hubby wants to hook his PS2 up for online play. Everything I can find is to complicated in the directions. I have DSL, aol, and the linksys wireless thing cuz my laptop is using that to connect online. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO PLEASE???????

Ok, thank you so far for all these answers. However I know I have to get an adapter to hook it up to the internet. BUT I have been told that you can't connect with AOL and using internet explorer is the only way to go. Can it really be that simple to just hook up the adapter, plug into the dsl modem and go? Don't I have to configure my puter to work with the PS2 and let it connect? Please any help on this?

Ok, I went to a gaming store here on the island, and they told me that they sell the adapter, and we don't need to hook it through my puter and configure anything. I just have to put the disk in the ps2 and save to the memory card. they also told me that when we buy the adapter from them that they have a disk that they loan out for all the customers. And that is all I have to do to get it going.
Thanks everyone for all your answers.
