When playing online poker ,when I get a 3 of a kind or 2 pair , I lose because the winning player of the hand has a straight most of the time . I keep forgeting about straight's. I practice trying to figure out what they could possibly have that's a hand higher than mine .

How can I improve trying to figure out if they have a straight ??
To put it bluntly help me get my straight's straight ??

enlarging the screen size on the bottom, only makes the screen appear closer, but words are still extremely small. So any other solutions to my problem would be greatly appreciated, thank you

So, often when I play solitaire (draw three), i seem to get stuck. Is it sometimes the case that depending on how the cards are dealt, it is impossble to win? It just seems like the games are doomed from the start sometimes.

I always read go to eBay. Is this the best place or are there other places that you can sell a whole collection? My magic cards are from revised to visions. Mostly revised and 4th. Then ice age and fewer of each until very little visions. I have about 5000 maybe more. My best cards are used but still good condition. Why didn't they have the card protecters back then. CRAP!!! Anyways I would like to hear from anyone who has had good luck selling and how you did it. Also I do not have a eBay account so people might not buy from me because of no history if I went in that direction.

The game is called double solitaire. It's not the lonely person's game, it's a game we play with two or more.
I taught this game to my girlfriend. At fisrt she couldn't get the hang of it and I always beat her. I tried to slow down and give her a chance, I didn't want to just beat her, I wanted to enjoy playing against each other.
This weekend she got a lot better. She kept beating me, and beating me soundly every time. But she was always finishing so quickly, I didn't want to accuse her of cheating, but....
Finally I realized that she was doing a very quickie job of shuffling. If you've played solitaire or any other card game, then you know that you need to shuffle the cards between games. She didn't want to. So I said, OK, you shuffle my cards and I'll shuffle yours. She was OK with that, but I beat her every game from then on. Now she says she doesn't like that game.
The game shouldn't be so important, but for me this says something about character...am I totally wrong???
