Royal magical Library a nice defense that will aloow me to ndraw cards/
Mysterious Guard defensive and can return a monster like blue eyes to the top of their deck/

Woh, you must put a lot of work into this!!! Man, I was like this a few years ago too. Nice deck by the way. The most money efficient and strong way to build a deck I figured out was to have 3 fissures, 3 traps holes, 3 man eating bug...almost 3 of all those cheap cards.

Go to http://www.xerocreative.com/index.php?goto=yvd&sub=downloads and download YVD(Yu-Gi-Oh Virtual Desktop). I really want to play you. While your deck is on theme it isn't a competitive deck. There are competitive Spellcaster decks. That you would insist upon this deck makes me think that you're either a n00b or just don't care about winning. There is the possibility that the people you play against suck at YGO and so you can afford to play whatever you like and still win.

I'd take out Sorceror of Dark Magic. It's TOO hard to summon, then take out Mystic Plasma Zone. Filed Spells are pretty easy to destroy (MST, Heavy Storm etc.)

Then I'd add another Dark Magician and a Skilled Dark Magician

Ebon Curran and White Pikeru are just plain bad. They're only strong enough to get their effect once if you're lucky. I'd add another Apprentice Magician since she helps thin your deck. I'd replace Kuriboh with Waboku, but that's really your choice. You might want to take out Dark Magic Attack, or Thousand knives since they are a bit situational.

Dark Magician of Chaos would work wonders in this deck, but it's EXPENSIVE.

Where's Graceful Charity?

You might want take out FInal countdown as it doesn't really fit the theme and and you could try using a Messenger of Peace when you're in trouble.

It's a good themed deck you have there. However your deck rely mostly on defence and not enough on offence. There's a lot of flaws in this deck to list. My only advice is create chains and combos to your advantage.

A good primary example is play Mysterious Guard with Back To Square One while having Obnoxious Celtic Guard and Command Knight on the field. By doing this a total of three monsters have just been sent back to the top of the opponent's deck plus you have a wall to your advantage especially if Shift is used in the duel. Have fun with this advice.
