How dit you choose who was "IT" when playing games when you were younger.?

Children have played group games for hundreds of years, choosing who was to be "IT" often caused arguements and sometimes even fights.

I'd be interested to know:

The dip or rhyme you used to choose who is "IT"?

The words you used to describe the child who is "IT", such as IT, ON, ON-IT, etc?

If you have children do they use the same dip/rhymes and Terminology for "IT"?

Is it really worth buying one of those small consoles e.g. PSP or Nintendo DS?

They're quite expensive for what they are and full size consoles don't cost that much more. Plus they're more likely to get knicked or break.

I was thinking aswell - fair enough they might be good for on the tube, but won't you miss your stop if you get really into it? Or what if you were playing a game like Grand Theft while on the way to work and with Grand Theft you have to go to your safe house to save the game, that can take ages and you'd be standing around in the tube station for ages trying to drive to your safe house, just so you can turn the bloody thing off and get to work.

i wish someone will tell me some cheat codes for sims2... i also got some expansions >>> nightlife,university and pets, if some cheat codes are working just for 1 of the expansions ... if i get any cheats from you, thanks a lot!!! i apreciate it!
