OK my 21st birthday is during the first weekend of May. And I have no idea of what kind of drinks to drink. I guess i want to try something sweet and not something to hard on the system. But i am willing to try any kind. So any help on what to try would be awesome. Thanks to anyone who will help.

How can barback work be avoided if you have some experience and have done bartending at numerous parties, for example; there are horror stories of experienced bartenders being used as barbacks so what places should a barteder wih just a little experience apply at if that bartender don't want to do barback work before bartending?

Right no one belives me when i use to drink and get drunk i can always remeber what happend the night befor, and at most times drank myself sorber even tho ive had a good night out. Now my question is this..
when you get drunk and you say that you dont remeber the night befor, is this true or are you just wanting to forget of what happen to you the night before. Its never happend to me ever and i always wonder if my mates are haveing me on when they say this.

my woman likes her some pinot grigio, and i was wondering what the best brands were and where i can pick some up. she likes fish eye, but that sh*t is cheap. also, are there types of wine with similar characteristics that she should try? i'm more of a whiskey drinker myself. thanks, all.

What kind of places do bars and pubs buy the barrels of beer from, and all the equipment such as the first fittings and the beer taps etc. I'm talking about big brand names such as fosters and carlsberg.

Has anyone got the websites of companies that supply pubs and bars barrels of beer, taps and fittings? Preferably based in the West Midlands.

i.e. what is the best way to keep an open bottle of champagne (or cheap fizz) fresh if it has been opened but only a glass or two has been drunk and you want to keep the rest for another time, hic :)
