My vote goes for:
"Telling it like it is."
Reason why is you are most likely NOT Telling it like it is. You are only telling people YOUR OPINION of how you think it is.
Funny story. I have a very opinionated neighbor lady who would use that phrase often against anyone, myself included. So I eventually came across a perfect time to use it against her before she could say anything and if you could have seen the expression on her face. It was priceless.
