but i guess you mean less as in poorer?
i would settle for someone i can trust, talk to and love

It depends on what "less" means. Maybe your standards are unrealistic. Maybe the combination of beauty, brains, and personality that you desire is unavailable in a mortal woman. Maybe such a woman would not be interested in you. You have to determine if you're looking for perfection (which is unattainable) or whether you have reasonable standards, in which case you should not settle for less.
