Go drink a big glass of water and see if that helps. If not, then go eat and brush and floss again. Don't be so lazy!

1. ignore the craving, go to sleep. Sleeping on a full stomach is awful and causes nightmares.

2 Drink a glass of water and try to sleep

3 If you can't sleep, then get up and make yourself some pancakes with lots of syrup. Then brush and floss again : ))

peanut butter and jelly sandwhich then brush 'em and go to bed.
