What is the stupidest thing you've said or done at work? Did you get fired or in trouble for it? I'll give the points to the one that makes me laugh the most but not if you ask for them with a story that sounds phony. Trust me I've done a couple of doozy's so I know that it can happen.

Okay here's two of the things I did. I'll add one more with my pick.

One time I was working in a grocery store and my mind was wandering while I was making announcements so I ended the announcements with "Thank you for shopping at KMart." Not only did the whole store hear that so did the strictest manager we had. He got a kick out of it thank goodness.

Then another time at a fast food restraraunt at the drive thru I asked the customer if their meal was for here or to go. In my defense it was the first time I had been on drive thru and it was in spanish.

Can you top that?

Ok well just today, I heard on the radio that this insane guy is moving into my neighborhood! Apparently, he stabbed his 16 year old sister 26 times, with two different knives, and he said he planned to kill some others! I will no longer feel safe, knowing that there maybe a killer living next door to me. Does anyone have some advice??

I went to use the ladies bathromm at work and another female said she was going to fix my skirt so my zipper was centered in the back. She started to fix my zipper and then she grabbed my goodies!

I told human resource and she told them she was just playing with me. Do u encounter these things at ur job?

I see this all the time. I'm driving and a cop in a marked police car will be driving also. Except he's doing about 10 - 15 mph the speed limit.

I thought legally they can only speed if their lights are on? Not sure if that is true.

Before everyone starts saying they are going somewhere to help or a call, I've seen numerous times cops speeding past me only to see them exit in front of me and go to a gas station or elsewhere. Get out casualy and walk in to buy something.

Isn't this a double standard and unfair?

How many folks out there remember the 'good old days' when there was always a bag boy to carry out your groceries for you? Or you could bring your car to the front and the boy would be there to load them for you ?? If you still have this service, consider yourself blessed !!!
