I've been working in the Transportation and Logistics industry for 22yrs and volunteering as a Support Worker to help people fighting addictions for the last year.
I've been offered a full time salaried position as a Support Worker, I'm tired of the Logistics industry and often stressed out over it but the money is really good. I really enjoy doing the Support Worker thing and don't often come home and want to kick the dog. (If you know what I mean)
The problem I'm having is that being a Support Worker pays about 1/3 of what I make as a Logistics Coordinator but I'm in a much better mood at the end of the day.
What is the opinion of my fellow P&Sers on this?
Would you opt for better pay or less stress and contentment?
I promise this will be my one and only serious question.
