For a hamburger starting at the top to the bottom:

bun
mustard
ketchup
onion
pickle
(cheese for a cheeseburger)
meat
bun

The meat is 100% beef from the flank and forequarter of the cow.

The bun is caramelised (toasted) as this not only makes it hot but it also helps keep the burger together.

two all beef patties, special sauce, pickles, lettuce, onions and a sesame seed bun. I think I am old how come you asked such a hard question???? Now we all know NOW that they are not ALL beef but that is what the commercial said then, but if you read Fast Food Nation you know that is not true!
