Two days ago I watched from my window (along with my very excited cat): a pair of downy woodpeckers, a pair of chickadees, one tufted titmouse, and a female cardinal......all feeding in my backyard at the same time! The female woodpecker kept moving around on the tree and I swear it seemed like the male was giving her the "Make up your mind, Woman" look! :-)

This happened in Montgomery, AL....the couple returned and found their home a mess. After sending his wife to her sister's the homeowner walked through the house and ran smack into the intruder. He held a gun on the culprit and made him sit on the floor until he decided what to do. Then he made the guy clean everything up, fold and put away clothes, etc...all the while holding the gun on him. When the house was back in order he called the police. The robber complained about having to clean up and the officer laughed! I love it! :-)

I often find myself handing out money to family and friends, but when I come to asking for it back it's a different story. I find it hard to say no as they always give me a story and i just can't find it in my heart to refuse them.

Have you ever had this sort of trouble? today my aunt asked me for £400 which I gave to her, the annoying thing was it was like she was waiting for me as I had just got back from my holiday and 5 minutes later the doorbell went. I said when can I expect it back she said "oh don't worry you'll get it back soon love"... will wait and see!!

My guilty pleasure is I watch professional wrestling on TV. Yeah yeah, I know it is all fake. But I enjoy it. I stopped watching it as a teen, but when I visited some friends who moved to the Philippines 2 years ago, I found it to be very popular there. And so, I started getting into it. It is very entertaining and physical with amazing acrobatics as well as fun, but fictional story lines.
