If there's a day when I have to be up exceptionally early I always try to go to bed early so that I get plenty of sleep, but usually I have too much energy to make myself drop off, and in the morning I feel dreadful. Anyone got any strategies?

In addition to the weird glitch with no answers showing up, there's another glitch where I was just notified that I received 2 best answers but didn't get +22 points. I got 2 best answers & 2 thumbs up for my best answer, but I didn't get my additional 22 points.
