To me, "Poopie Whoopie" means my Great Grandmother Anna is back from South Dakota visiting me. She is very sweet, and I love her to death. Everyone in my family calls her “GG Anna” which is short for (Great Grandmother Anna – Du’h), but she always says I am her favorite. The “poopie whoopie” phrase actually put a grin of my face because that is exactly how she talks to all her grandkids, including me. Whenever I see her, she runs over and shoves my face in her breasts... lmao… and kisses my hair and forehead and says, “O… look at my poopie whoopie young man and how you’ve grown!"
I just smile and roll my eyes in the back of my head while smothered half to death against her chest. I always think to myself, “I am 21 years old damn it – why do you still talk to me like I am 5 years old!” But my mom says she just gets so excited when she sees me and her other grandchildren and she is up there in her age (although you’d never know it as much energy as she has) so I just appreciate as much time with her as I can. But yeah… that poopie whoopie thing was my GG Anna dead on the nose. Thanks for the memory. Ha Ha! Cheers!

"Poopie Whoopie" is the same as "Mushoo Wooooda pooda moo". And we ALL know what THAT means. It's short for, "Aren't you just a cutesy wootesy kitty pie! Yes you are... Yeeeees you are!"
