My son got surgery on his eye back in February, and we have anthem. He was required to have anaesthsia, and according to all the estimations of benefits I was only suppose to pay 317.00 and some change. Well, the company keeps billing me like 184.00 that was responsible for the anaesthsia and my insurance keeps informing me that I have paid what I was suppose to pay. The insurance company wrote a letter and sent it to the doctor, and even sent me a copy. Then they sent me a current status on the claim showing that I know nothing. But I keep getting a bill. What do I need to do, I have done what I am suppose to and they were suppose to write off a certain amount and haven't. In fact according to the amount they were suppose to write off I overpaid on the first bill but that was considered a copay. Should I just go there with both letters and refuse to leave unless it is fixed. Any suggestions, I have done my part and shouldn't be expected to go above and beyond by owing them.

do u like mcdonalds or buurger king more!if u r vegertarian go for burger king at least u can eat there fires.. mcdonalds makes there fries with beef!like thats the only thign ic an eat at burger kinda cause they have seperate fryers for the fries cause i sdont eat any thing that frys in the same thing as the meat!

I submitted a tee shirt design called 'Hug Me' to Threadless.com to be voted on and hopefully printed.
