Is this normal or do I really like it?? I hate it when i'm smoking, but when I'm not smoking I don't like it.
The main time I feel like smoking is when I'm drinking. Should I give up drinking until I've quit smoking??
Patches and gum doesn't work, I want to do this cold turkey.
Any help?? And please don't say take up a hobby because it doesn't work for me. Even if I'm craving one and i'm doing something else, i'll still smoke.
I need some brain tricking to make it think I don't need one (which I dont)
