Why do you Y!A makes you wait 4 hours to choose a best answer?

It seems apparent to me that after 30 minutes - 1 hour your question is so 'far away' that no one will see and therefore not answer it anyways!

do you work in retail?

I work in fashion retail in the uk for river island,

I am just curious, as we have had our stock take and have lost 2.4% through theft (company avaerage is 1% so this finding isnt good!)

What I want to ask is do you work in retail? if so where/what country and what is your stock loss percent?
