Not all the time. It can make things better for a few minutes but it doesn't problems go away. Most of the time talking to people about something helps. And remember sometimes strangers are the best friends you can have.

I personally think that crying makes alot of things a little better. But I have noticed that guys don't like cry that much, from what I see. Thats why I like to hang out with guys. They don't take everything seriously. I can joke around with my other friends that are girls, but they think that it isn't funny.
Hope that helps anyone!

It makes me a feel better to let things out instead of holding it all in till I'm driving myself nuts. But it really doesn't do anything to make the situation any better, but I could usually think more clearly when my emotions aren't all bottled up!!

Me too. I feel better after I cry. I can't really explain why. Maybe just because I let all my sadness out and the sadness goes away in my tears.

well more like weeping, letting your tears
seep down, making a pool of sadness
where each drop is a moment of catharsis,
yes, i do weep, and i sometimes feel better, but
not always, another story not for here ~
I haven't cried since i was a child, crying is
more of wanting attention, weeping is the
letting go of emotions, two very different distinctions
of emotional release ~

Sometimes. A friend of mine was going through a really bad time but was hiding her tears. I tried and tried and tried. Then she cried and cried and cried. She felt light headed after but felt better. I knew she needed and didn't mind one bit having a really wet shoulder.
