in your answer write messages to 10 different people [they don't have to be long, but its a good way to get things off your chest] but don't name any of them.
be honest. the best ones are the rude ones. Try it! its fun!
e.g ones to you significant other, best friend, worst enemy, parent, sibling etc. things that you would really like to say to them, but know that you never could.
we did it in pyschology today and it was really fun, it was really good if you felt you need to say something to someone but knew you couldn't, especially if you're annoyed with them, after you do it you feel a lot better.
