I came up with the idea to make a tampon necklace (just attach a few -new and wrapped - tampons to a regular necklace) to indicate PMS in an acceptable manner. I wore it (and so did my 16 yr old cousin) for a little while on Thanksgiving. Of course I am kidding around a bit, but do you think it is over the edge (crazy) or do you think it is funny? Or a great warning symbol not to mess with me, aside of course from my FED UP t-shirt I love! I plan to wear it to Easter dinner at my in-laws this year ... what do you all think?

i think it is gross...some guys wont even go down that isle in the store...imagine what they would do if you were to where feminine hygiene products around your neck..why not make ear rings out of the trial size FDS deoderant spray on the days when you are not feeling so fresh..

That's a great idea. Women who are PMSing should wear some kind of sign so the rest of us will know and be more careful and/or understanding around them.

The tampons necklace might be over the top though. Maybe a small tampon pin on your shirt or a special ring or something a bit more subtle.

No no honey, that would so not be a good idea. It's not bad enough that we hide the fact that we get our peroids or that we should sometimes feel awkward purchasing such and item but to wear it around you neck as an accessory forget about it. That would totally not be a good idea unless you are joining one of those sororities.

I see all of these nay sayers and pathetic people that sit by and let the revolutions in our world go by. These people are like the ones who threw stones at Orville and Wibur Reddinbacher as they tried to fly their plane...Or the heckler's at Lincoln's first stand up in Gettysburg. You people probably would still be sitting in the cold dark eating raw meat...but then there comes along a revolutionary. Here is one one here. She is fighting the good fight...and yes maybe it looks ridiculous. And yes maybe she will be laughed at and ridiculed. Maybe she will even be thrown out of some finer restaurants...But she stands up for liberty, and freedom, and it means I know when to duck and run...So deal with it people. Embrace the future, for it is here!!!

that is neither humorous nor loopy. that is in basic terms undeniable... nicely, why might you opt to positioned on a tampon necklace, even whether it particularly is wrapped? that is not something that truly needs to be marketed, in spite of everything.

There should be a wearable marker for Pms

My husband wanting to moniter my moods bought me a mood ring.

When I'm in a bad mood it leaves an ugly red mark on his forehead.
Maybe next time he'll buy diamonds.

I see the humor in this, but at the same time, it's very tacky. Some things just need to stay discreet. This is one of them.
