Ive been working in the Department as a secretary/admin for a year and I find this lecturer (whos very hot at 41 with kids) very attractive. There is definitely sexual chemistry between us. How should I approach him, that I just want sex from him? I know he finds me attractive by the way he gazes at me. Hes also quite a shy guy and very intelligent and articulate and hes leaving work in July.

Get the idea of offering yourself to him out of your head, it is wrong, even if you could control it for one night only!!
The man is married with kids so for goodness sake leave him in peace. He will likely be very flattered by the attentions of a much younger potential sexual partner but what you are contemplating is wrong. Even if you are right and he is attracted to you, he does not need to be encouraged to "play away from home".
Find an older man if thats your life choice but please look for one that does not already have a family.

Drop something in front of him, with your back to him, bend over and pick it up, in a way that he gets a good close up look at your tushie, along with a little butt cleavage. Nope. Fantasize all you want, but keep it to yourself. He's married, with kids. Would you want your future husband to cheat on you? Also, think about how it could tear apart his family and ruin his life. I want to sound mean, but don't be so selfish.
