I'm in a computer/study area and this guy who is sitting a few seats away from me is moaning. I looked over to see if this is a situation I should leave but he's not doing anything. He's just sitting there moaning. Should I take any action against this??

Went today to some office to pick up a paper. There was a huge line.
There was a man after me, for the same kind of paper. Explained to him, kindly, that afterwards he would need to go to yet another office to legalise that paper (bureaucracy)! After I left, he ran after me, asking me to tell him my name, number and so on. When I refused, called me bad names.
It seems that one can't tall to ANY of them without getting into
trouble!

There is a movie theater in Providence, RI, that features several-months old movies for $1.99 for all seats and all shows, and $1 on Tuesdays. Would you go to it or rather rent the movie?
