I keep it pretty clean so I don't really have a bug problem. Well, OK a couple hundred roaches, but I really need to move the girl I met last night at the Okie Dokie bar out before my wife gets home. I can't seem to wake her up. I think she threw up on the pillow too. So I figure if I blow the whole thing up, she will be Ok in the back yard, the bugs are dead, and I won't have to move it to make room for the new one. Anybody have experience with this?

OK you HVAC guys, give it to me straight. My really nice brand new (installed last Fall) Carrier boiler has water coming about 1/3 of the way up the side because my basement flooded. There is a metal piece off the side that I would imagine is some kind of motor or something, and the water is on it as well....covering about half of it. Is my $5000 investment now down the tubes? Or will it recover? My OLD boiler got flooded a couple of times and still worked ok, but things made way back then seem to have been a little more resilient than a lot of today's products.

BTW...I tried to get them to install this one on a concrete slab, but they were only able to raise it about 3 inches off the floor due to clearance & safety concerns. So I really didn't have any choice where to put it.

So what are your thoughts on forgiveness and being sorry. I had this friend who was a great friend. I was kind of horrible to this person, it wasnt my intention to be...but I was going through a real low point and I really isolated my self from everyone. Well this person didn't want to be frineds anymore, because I wasnt being a friend to them. Which is true. I feel horrible for what I did, and I have been wanting to contact this person and say how sorry I am.
What do you think? Is it appropriate to do so?
