Other than that, i'm crazy about my husband, music, movies, books, laughing, talking to my best friend, chilling with my family, sleeping, hot showers, bubble baths, road trips, philosophical questions, writing in my journal, drinking coffee...

No offense intended by this answer.
"right now" implies answers from people who are run by their emotions. Going on how they "feel". Rather than being run by their discipline, diligence, integrity, honesty..In the larger picture of this question, that is what is wrong with the world today, everyone goes on how they feel at any given moment...Thus there are more addictions...more low self confidence...lower grades in schools...etc
There is no control there. Everything should be balanced, our emotions are wonderful things, but they need to be controlled by us....

my car I put the motor together and didn't drive it. I drove my other car but it needed a clutch so Im driving the car I put together and Im in love right now. Talk about breaking the speedo needle
