Concider this, when we're not deployed, we work "normal" jobs with 3 shift operations (usually..if you have an important job that is). This means there is a day shift (7am-3pm) Swing shift (3pm-11pm) Mid shift (11pm-7am) This timeline is ideal...never so. Day shift, yes. Bust swing shift and mid shift work 9-12 hour days. We also work weekends a lot. We can have our shift change multiple times without notice as much as weekly. We don't get paid more for working 12hour days, 6days a week. is that fair? What do you think?
