The Setup: You have an interview with a replacement exec. assistant...and it is a guy. (You have to love Human Resources) You read his resume and credentials and he seems like a great candidate.
The Challenge: You are walking to go get the guy waiting in the lobby....you turn the corner...wow...he's kinda cute. But stick to your objective...you want to see if you want to hire this guy and not waste your time and HR's time. So...how would you test him to see if he will be loyal to you, or if he is a typical male who will harrass you down the road. Would you do a flirt test? Or a "where are your eyes" test?
